No.  These townhomes are built in such a way that there is almost 2 feet between each of the homes which share a wall.  There is a firewall, air gap, insulation and drywall which separates each townhome.  

There is a 6 month minimum for all rentals. Shorter term rentals are not allowed in the RiverLights community.
